I am allowed to need support.
Feeding myself (or my child) is an achievement. I can take this meal, this mix, this moment - one step at a time. My effort matters, even when no one sees it. I don’t have to do this perfectly to do it well. Rest is part of my plan, not a failure. I am allowed to be tired - and I still deserve kindness. I can ask for help without apologizing. Try this: pick one line and repeat it 3 times—quietly or out loud. If it feels awkward, that’s okay. Keep going anyway.
