Hotel Important Dates:
May 23rd, 2025 - A booking link for online bookings will become active. Any bookings made before this date will need to be made by phoning the hotel directly.
July 4th, 2025 - Block and Rate will close. Any bookings made after this point will not have a price guarentee. This may also happen if our block runs out of rooms before this date.
Aug 20th-Aug 25th - The event is shorter of course, but you are welcome to use our rate for any night in this range.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
- Any reserved rooms in the group block that neglect to cancel 7 days prior to check in and do not arrive for their stay will be charged for one night stay plus applicable taxes. This group rate has been calculated based on the length of stay and the number of rooms reserved. Therefore, any adjustment, modification or cancellation after check-in will carry a penalty of the total revenue as agreed upon at the time of booking.
NO SHOW POLICY:
- In the event that the Individual does not check-in for their booked reservation, credit card used to guarantee reservation will be charged full room & tax, for all room nights reserved of the no-show reservation.
NON SMOKING POLICY
- Smoking in a non-smoking room will result in a $350.00 cleaning fee and will be charged to the guest registered in the hotel room.
DAMAGES AND DISTURBANCES:
- Please note that the hotel reserves the right to hold all guests responsible for damages and undue disturbance, as per the Alberta Hotelier’s Act. Excessive noise and other disruptions will be not accepted. The hotel reserves the right to remove any group from the hotel if noise and disturbance results in: negative effects on other guests in the hotel, interruptions to the day to day operations of the hotel and/or if any vandalism, abuse of staff, theft of property or other situations occur that would involve intervening action by the hotel management
CHECK IN / CHECK OUT
- Check in time is after 3:00 pm / Check out time is 11:00am
- Guests arriving prior to 3:00 pm will be accommodated as rooms become available. The Front Desk can arrange to check baggage for those arriving early when guest rooms are not available.
- A mandatory incidental credit card authorization of $25 per room per night in addition to room and tax is required upon check in.
