Payments
PayPal - is connected to the website. If you pay by this method it will automatically update your account with all information and your membership will automatically update.
If you would rather pay using an alternate method, please choose the cheque option and follow these instructions:
Credit Card - Please complete payment and process at https://www.zeffy.com/ticketing/memberships-2025-canadian-pku-and-allied-disorders
When payment is confirmed we will manually update your membership. Please note this may take up to 48 hours. An email to info@canpku.org is helpful to push this along.
E-Transfer - Please send to payments@canpku.org and include that this is for your membership. Please include the name of the primary membership holder. If a family membership is preferred, please include names of all those who should be under the same family membership. Please provide individual emails where possible. When payment is confirmed we will manually update your membership. Please note this may take up to 48 hours. An email to info@canpku.org is helpful to push this along.
