The Building Bridges conference kicks off on Thursday August 21st, first welcoming the medical community. This day is dedicated to helping clinicians, researchers, and industry professionals connect, share insights, and bridge critical information to clinics. On Friday, August 22nd, we invite all attendees to an optional Gala Dinner (available at an additional cost). This special evening brings together both sides of the conference, fostering networking and deeper connections as we begin bridging the medical and community-focused sessions. The full conference experience continues on Saturday, welcoming both community members and scientific attendees. The day will feature group lectures, breakout sessions, and interactive opportunities with researchers, clinicians, industry partners*, and fellow attendees. With a diverse range of topics covered, there will be something for everyone—whether you’re seeking education, engagement, or fun. The evening wraps up with our much-anticipated pool take-over event, ensuring a mix of learning and entertainment! Sunday will offer additional educational sessions and breakout discussions, concluding at midday as we say our goodbyes and begin looking forward to next year’s event. To support families, onsite childcare will be available for children 12 and under, along with dedicated teen programming. This ticket category is for members of the living with rare community, including those diagnosed, their caregivers and families. Each ticket is per person and required for everyone. Travel Scholarships are available** to ensure everyone has access to our events. If you require assistance please complete a travel scholarship application for review. We will do our best to accommodate as many as possible. * As permitted in Canadian Law ** Based on available funding |
