• Annual membership includes a $20.00 gift certificate for Cambrooke Foods Canada and a $20.00 gift certificate at Specialty Food Shops.

There are 4 categories of annual membership as established in By-law No. 1, section 8.02:

• General Member (GM) is any person diagnosed with PKU or other allied disorder (genetic/metabolic) and has voting rights;
• Family Member (FM) is any person related to another person with PKU or other genetic or metabolic disorder and has voting rights;
• Professional Member (PM) is any person with a profession (doctor, researcher, nurse, dietician, genetic counselor, biochemist, among others) related to, interested in and/or working on PKU and/or other genetic or metabolic disorders and does not have voting rights;
• Corporate Member (CM) is any corporation related to, interested in and /or working in the area of PKU and/or other allied genetic or metabolic disorders and does not have voting rights.

Annual Membership Fees are set from time to time by the Board of Directors.
As of 2008, membership fees are the following:

Family Member: $25 - Buy now
Professional Member: $50 Buy now
Corporate Member: $100 - Buy now

Note:  Annual memberships are according to CALENDAR year and therefore expire December 31st of the year purchased.
